We accept payment for services from Home and community-based service waivers such as:
- Brain Injury (BI) Waiver
- Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver
- Elderly Waiver (EW) program recipients.

Twin Cities Assisted Living Inc. provides personalized, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. We have created a environment that we believe in. We are a Licensed Assisted Living Facility that helps individuals with ADLs and IADLs 24 hours a day.
We are dedicated, experienced individuals who believe in working with our clients to maintain and improve their health. We work together to meet all of their medical needs in all stages of life. Our staff believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our clients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our clients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible.

Room and Board Payments
Room and Board payments are set up on a sliding scale so that our services are affordable to everyone. Effective 01/01/2024, the monthly Room and Board Housing Rate is $1185. Clients will always receive the personal needs allowance of $121 for clients in licensed residential facilities.
If a client receives less than the standard Room and Board rate of $1185 the Room and Board payment will be prorated monthly.
Example: Client receives $711 per month in income
Personal Needs Money: $121
Room and Board Payment would be Prorated to: $590
